Foodie Friday: Creamy Crabstick Lettuce Wrap

(Serves 1)

Ingredients:
1 tsp sweet chilli sauce
25g low fat cream cheese
1 large iceberg lettuce leaf
1 small carrot, grated
1 red pepper, sliced
25g cucumber slices
3 crabsticks

Method:
Stir the chilli sauce into the cream cheese. Spread the mixture on the lettuce leaf and top with the grated carrot, sliced pepper and cucumber and the crabsticks. Roll up tightly in greaseproof paper and cut in half.
