500g lean turkey mince
100g medium Cheddar
Olive oil, for frying
Spaghetti and tomato pasta sauce, to serve
1. Preheat the oven to 180C, fan 170C, gas 4. Combine the turkey mince, breadcrumbs and egg, and shape the mixture into 12 meatballs.
2. Press a small cube of Cheddar into each meatball and reshape the meat to enclose the cheese.
3. Heat a little olive oil in a pan and fry the meatballs until they begin to brown, then finish cooking in the oven for 10-15 minutes, until piping hot throughout. Serve with spaghetti and tomato pasta sauce.
