180g frozen jumbo king prawns, defrosted
200g half fat crème fraîche
1-2 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
2-3 tbsp grated cucumber
Zest of 1 lemon
Mix together the crème fraîche, dill, cucumber and lemon zest in a small bowl. Top with a curl of lemon zest and serve with the prawns for a light and delicious party snack.
