There are no naff rectal thermometer or cat food jokes coming up, so don’t worry. It’s just a bit of (respectable) pimping of a favourite product.
I like coffee creamers in general; in fact, I prefer my coffee with a dash of powder creamer instead of real milk. But this particular creamer line, Nestlé’s Latte Creations, in fact manages to add a touch of much needed luxury in these drab money-tight times.
One spoonful of instant coffee (Nestlé’s Alta Rica and Cap Colombie are my personal choices) in the mug, four heaped spoonfuls of creamer mix, hot water, and hey presto, there’s a smooth latte, as good as in most cafés, and at a fraction of the price, not to mention the calories. Available in Classic (not shown), Mocha (my favourite) and Vanilla, for variety.
Thank goodness for little pleasures on cold, grey, misty days.

Hmm, I’m going to look for that next time I’m out for groceries. I love flavored coffee creamers (using International Delight English Almond Toffee right now).
